THE FAUSTINUM ASSOCIATION

Acceding to the request of the General Council of the Congregation of the Sisters of Our Lady of Mercy, the Metropolitan of Cracow, Franciszek Cardinal Macharski, established, on the basis of Can. 312 § 1, no. 3 of the Code of Canon Law, on March 6, 1996, the Faustinum Association of Apostles of the Divine Mercy with its seat in the Shrine of Divine Mercy in Kraków-Łagiewniki. Cardinal Macharski granted the Association public, ecclesiastical juridical personality. Together with this decree, he also approved of the Statutes of the Association which is to bring God’s mercy to mankind.
