On February 22 at the Shrine of Divine Mercy, the annual ceremony of pledging devotion and service to the Divine Mercy will be held, which can be made by members of the association of the apostles of Divine Mercy, “Faustinum”. The solemn Holy Mass at 12:00 in the chapel of the miracle-famous Divine Mercy image and the tomb of St. Faustina will be celebrated by Fr. Bogdan Zbroja. Five people (including two from Germany) will resume their pledge of devotion to the Divine Mercy for a year or take a lifelong pledge. The pledges can be made only by those members who have completed the four years of basic formation and were admitted by the Board of the Association. The pledge taking ceremony is part of the 85th anniversary of the revelation of Merciful Jesus, Whom all apostles of Divine Mercy wish to proclaim by the testimony of their lives, i.e. to be His living image in the world. Members of “Faustinum” prepare spiritually for this event through the celebration of a three-day retreat, which will start on February 19 and will be led by Fr. Tadeusz Kotlewski, S.J.
