The book has been translated into several languages​​: English, Spanish, Italian, French, German and Russian.

The author makes excellent use of her sources to build a word picture conveying the atmosphere of Helena Kowalska’s family home, her years in service, followed by her life in the Congregation of the Sisters of Our Lady of Mercy, and ending with her spiritual work and its reception in the Church. The book is illustrated with archival and contemporary photographs by Adam Bujak aptly portraying “the gift of God for our times”, which is the life and prophetic mission of the Apostle of The Divine Mercy.
