CIVIL JURIDICAL PERSONALITY OF
THE “FAUSTINUM” ASSOCIATION

A resolution of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration, M. Biernacki, of May 15, 2000, concerning the granting of civil juridical personality to the Faustinum Association, was published in the Legal Journal of the Polish Republic, issue no. 40 on May 19, 2000. The legal basis of the above resolution is the act concerning the relationship of the State to the Catholic Church in the Polish Republic, as well as the Concordat Agreement between the Vatican and the Polish Republic. The resolution went into effect 14 days after its publication in the Legal Journal.
