The Congregation of the Sisters of Our Lady of Mercy would like to share with you a digital reproduction of the miracle-famous image of Merciful Jesus painted by Adolf Hyła, which is revered in the Shrine of Divine Mercy (Convent Chapel). The creation of this painting was the fulfilment of the words that the Lord Jesus had said to St. Faustina: Paint an image according to the pattern you see, with the signature: Jesus I Trust In You. I desire that this image be venerated, first in your chapel, and throughout the whole world (Diary, 47). It is the best known and the most revered image of Merciful Jesus in the world.
| 1. | The image of Merciful Jesus is provided for purposes of preaching the message of Mercy in the forms described by St. Faustina in her Diary, via various media, publications and apostolary work. The materials should contain the proper Divine Mercy message and be consistent with the forms of devotion as provided by Jesus to Sister Faustina. | 2. | The Congregation does not agree for this image to be reproduced, as a whole or in fragments, on different kinds of gadgets or objects of everyday use. |
| 3. | This digital image must not be used for commercial purposes (eg. for printing images to be sold or distributed in exchange for monetary donations), apart from press articles or books that have an official Church imprimatur.
